Life’s difficulties can most often be resolved by communication and working to reach an acceptable solution for all parties.
My experience allows me to provide thoughtful and mature guidance through those circumstances. I am certified to hear arbitration cases for the Better Business Bureau Autoline program as well as serving as a mediator for the BBB. My training includes the American Arbitration Association, Manousso Mediation, Texas Association of Realtors, Hill Country Dispute Resolution Center and the Better Business Bureau.
