My experience allows me to provide thoughtful and mature guidance through those circumstances. I am certified to hear arbitration cases for the Better Business Bureau Autoline program as well as serving as a mediator for the BBB. My training includes the American Arbitration Association, Manousso Mediation, Texas Association of Realtors, Hill Country Dispute Resolution Center and the Better Business Bureau.
